On February 10, 2021, The Rotaract Club of Dubai hosted a virtual Quiz Night in collaboration with the Seeds of Hope Foundation. By charging a small entry fee, the Rotaract Club of Dubai was able to raise funds to purchase and donate school supplies to children in Zanzibar. The supplies included colouring pencils, scissors, glue sticks, and modelling clay for children in kindergarten one and two and standard one classes.
Members from clubs in the District also joined the online event, where participants were quizzed on movies, famous quotes, their general knowledge, and on the Seeds of Hope Foundation’s history and initiatives.
Such an event is a true example of how Rotaract proudly supports and makes a great impact on its community and brings together the youth. Congratulations to the Rotaract Club of Dubai and all participants for making such a generous contribution and helping those in need.
