Every day mothers risk their lives giving birth and millions of children die each year from treatable, preventable causes.

As one of Rotary’s areas of focus, Maternal and Child Health is dedicated in the month of April.

Rotary projects which provide immunizations and antibiotics to babies, improve access to essential medical services, and support trained health care providers for mothers and their children will be highlighted this month.
